We received a frantic phone call from someone who had arrived at the airport and realised that they had left behind their hand luggage bag. After a discussion they arranged for a relative to collect, we then picked it up from their address and sent it to the address that they were staying at in the U.S.

We also arrange to get luggage back to the U.K. for the insurance companies on behalf of people that have been brought back to the U.K by Air Ambulance and can only bring back their bare essentials with them. We are given the information by the insurance company and we then contact the hotel or hospital where the luggage is to arrange collection.
