We arranged for a delivery of samples from University of Southampton to a company in Switzerland. This was the first time that they had send samples Internationally. We explained the procedure and how they needed to fill out a commercial invoice for customs. We arranged to collect them from University of Southampton on Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday.
